Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted if:

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items are unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and all included accessories

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed hardware

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Consumables or perishable items

How to Initiate a Return
Email [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization. Please do not send items back without prior approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless the return results from our mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellation requests may not be processed due to order fulfillment speed.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
